- People of all ages who are interested in issues related to the NGTS or ECCNE program from across Southeast Asia countries.
- Contestants can be an individual or in a team of several people (no limitation on the number of members)
- Academics or researchers interested in promoting the NGTS or ECCNE program from any institution within the Southeast Asia region.
- Students with related scientific fields from any institution within the Southeast Asia region.
- Educators or students who have or have not implemented the NGTS or ECCNE program in their institutions.
- SEAMEO RECFON’s employees are not eligible to participate.
- Participants may choose to create a jingle for the NGTS or ECCNE program (choose a program). Information related to NGTS can be found at http://www.seameo-recfon.org/nutrition-goes-to-school/ , whereas ECCNE related information can be found at http://www.seameo-recfon.org/nutrition-goes-to-school/eccne/
- The jingle may be in a form of innovative and creative interpretations introducing components, objectives, frameworks, progress, or achievements of the NGTS or ECCNE program
- The jingle must be an original work of the participant
- The jingle is a recorded song of at least 1-5 minutes in length
- The use of English for lyrics is a must to be accessible for all populations across the Southeast Asia region
- Creativity, originality, and complexity of instruments of the jingle will be assessed
- Open for submission: 18 December 2020 – 27 January 2021
- Assessment by judges: 1 – 15 February 2021
- Announcement of winners: Last Week of February 2021
