It serves as a platform to enhance awareness on food and nutrition related issues and concerns in the region toward enabling its target readers to make informed decisions and actions to improve their well-being and ensure healthy lifestyle. It disseminates easy to understand information on various food and nutrition topics that would address the needs of its intended readers. \nTheme and Types of Articles \nThe main theme of the Magazine’s fourth issue will focus on “Balanced Nutrition Practices in the Workplace”.
