SEAMEO RECFON is looking for a qualified candidate to fill the following position:

DEPUTY DIRECTOR FOR ADMINISTRATION

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Centre Director in the performance of his/her duties related to administration and management in accordance with the vision, mission and objectives of the Center in the framework as set up by the Center Director and assist the Director in the development of policy formulation and the 5 year strategic plan.
2. Ensuring management tasks within the administration division are functioning well.
3. Review, formulate and update the system and rules and regulations finance and administration to be submitted for review and approval by the Director.
4. Developing management system within administration division.
5. Supervise management aspects of all units under the administration division.
6. Oversee the implementation of the system and rules and regulation within the administration division.
7. Review and evaluate the achievement of quarterly and yearly performance indicators of the administration division.
8. Plan and design programs and activities including its budget proposal for the administration division to be submitted to the Director.
9. Coordinate with the deputy director for program with respect to human resource, administrative, and financial aspects of programmatic matters.
10. Supervise and coordinate the implementation of programs and activities in the units under administration division.
11. To represent the center in the absence of the Director and the Director on administration matters in the absence of Director and deputy for program, he/she may represent technical and programmatic aspects.
12. Actively engaged in strengthening and building networking with national, regional and international parties for partnerships, collaboration and/or cooperations.
13. Prepare and review agreements concerning the Centre for review and signing by the Director.
14. Identify trends and interest/concerns of the stakeholders in relation to organizational and programmatic aspects.
15. Plan, Execute, supervise and coordinate the implementation of programs and activities in the units under the Administration Division.

Job Requirements:

1. Indonesian Citizen with Civil Servant Employee (PNS) status
2. Holds Post Graduate Degree Preferably Doctorate degree
3. Has strong leadership and management skills
4. Has sound international exposure on managerial aspect of educational/ research institution
5. Has proven ability in procurement 
6. Has sound scientific and managerial track record
7. Has a visionary outlook on future institutional development
