    1. Tema proposal

    Pada kompetisi ini, tema yang dipilih adalah  “Youth Creation 2021 – STEM for adolescent nutrition”. Tema ini menekankan pada penggunaan metode STEM untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta didik Sekolah Menengah Atas / Kejuruan / Madrasah Aliyah terhadap masalah gizi remaja dan mengajak mereka menjawab permasalahan tersebut. Proposal ditulis dalam bahasa inggris.

    1. Kriteria penilaian:
    1. Validitas: ide dari konsep STEM Project mengikuti tema yang diberikan, didasari dengan rujukan ilmiah yang benar, dan ditulis dengan terstruktur
    2. Relevan: proposal kegiatan memiliki potensi untuk memberikan dampak ke masyarakat dan memiliki output/outcome terukur sesuai dengan tujuan dari kegiatan yang dirancang
    3. Kreatifitas dan inovasi: proposal kegiatan yang menarik dan menggugah, merupakan ide yang baru dan unik, serta merupakan konsep orisinal (bukan plagiat)
    4. Feasibilitas: konsep yang diajukan turut mempertimbangkan konteks sosial dan ekonomi sehingga dapat diaplikasikan
    5. Replikasi dan keberlanjutan: konsep tersebut mudah untuk diduplikasi dan dilakukan di tempat lain (lokal, nasional, dan global). Konsep tersebut dapat diaplikasian dengan biaya seminimal mungkin

    1. Proposal theme

    This year’s Youth Creation theme is “STEM for adolescent nutrition”. The theme emphasizes the use of the STEM method to increase awareness on adolescent nutrition problems  among high / vocational school students / Madrasah Aliyah students and motivate them to be a part of the solution. Proposal should be written in english.

         2.                 Assessment criteria:

    1. Validity: Project proposal should follow the given theme, based on correct scientific references, and written in a structured manner
    2. Relevance: Project Proposal must have the potential to solve the nutrition problem being addressed and could bring about measurable outputs/outcomes to the society according to the project objectives.
    3. Creativity and innovativeness: Project Proposal should be interesting, presents new and unique ideas and must be an original concept (not plagiarism)
    4. Feasibility: Project proposal should take into account the existing social and economic contexts so that it can be applied
    5. Replicability and Cost-Effectiveness: The project’s expected output should be easily replicated, implemented in other places (local region, national and global), and maintained with minimal cost as possible.

    1. Peserta diwajibkan untuk memfollow akun Instagram & subscribe akun youtube “seameorecfon” untuk mendapatkan kabar terbaru mengenai kegiatan Youth Creation.
    2. Peserta wajib melakukan registrasi terlebih dahulu ke website SEAMEO RECFON .
    3. Peserta mengunggah proposal dalam bentuk pdf ke website SEAMEO RECFON dengan nama dokumen “YC 21 – Judul proposal – nama sekolah”
    4. Dengan mengirimkan karya untuk kompetisi ini, peserta dianggap memahami dan mematuhi seluruh ketentuan dan peraturan yang dibuat oleh panitia.
    5. Batas akhir pengumpulan karya pada Minggu, 20 Juni 2021 pukul 23.59 waktu Jakarta
    6. Pengiriman dokumen setelah tanggal tersebut tidak akan dimasukkan ke dalam kompetisi.
    7. Hasil penyisihan pertama akan diumumkan pada Selasa, 20 Juli 2021 melalui email peserta dan diumumkan di Instagram @seameorecfon dan website seameo-recfon.org,
    8. Finalis akan diminta mengikuti briefing melalui Zoom pada tanggal 29 Juli 2021
    9. Finalis diminta mempresentasikan protoype produk / video konsep yang telah dibuat serta mengikuti sesi tanya jawab oleh dewan juri pada sesi Grand Final.
    10. Keputusan juri bersifat final dan tidak dapat diganggu gugat.
    1. Participants are required to follow Seameo Recfon Instagram account and subscribe to the youtube account “@seameorecfon” to get information related to Youth Creation activities from the Committee.
    2. Participants are required to register first at the SEAMEO RECFON’s website (www.seameo-recfon.org).
    3. Participants should upload their proposals in pdf form through the SEAMEO RECFON website with the document name “YC 21 – Title of proposal – name of school”
    4. Before submission, participants must understand and comply with all the rules and regulations made by the Committee.
    5. The deadline for submission of proposals is on Sunday, 20th June 2021 at 23.59 Jakarta Time
    6. Documents submitted after that date will not be qualified for the competition.
    7. The results of the first elimination will be announced on Tuesday, 20th July 2021 via participant’s email, SEAMEO RECFON Instagram and website
    8. Finalists will be asked to attend a briefing meeting via Zoom for the preparation of grand final presentation on 29th July 2021.
    9. Finalists will be asked to prepare a presentation including showing the prototypes of their outputs and attend the QnA session with the jury during the grand final.
    10. The jury’s decision is final and cannot be contested.

    Kegiatan babak final akan dilaksanakan melalui media zoom meeting dan pengumuman pemenang dilakukan melalui media zoom meeting dan disiarkan secara langsung melalui media youtube SEAMEO RECFON pada tanggal 9 September 2021.

    • Anggota tim dari 10 finalis akan mendapatkan e-sertifikat dan souvenir sebagai finalis untuk seluruh anggota tim, untuk setiap sekolah akan mendapatkan 2 paket kit yang terdiri dari marketing kit dan ngts kit. Untuk 3 pemenang akan mendapatkan dana pembinaan sekolah (belum dipotong pajak) sebagai berikut:
