Sinopsis
This book compiles research abstracts from 84 studies conducted between 2017 and 2022 co-
authored by SEAMEO RECFON in collaboration with partner institutions. Out of the 84
abstracts, 21 of these studies have been published in reputable national and international peer-
reviewed journals, while the remaining are presented in the form of research reports. The
abstracts are categorized according to SEAMEO RECFON’s three main Research Areas: 1) Food
Safety, Food Security, and Food Environment; 2) Optimal Nutrition throughout the Life Course;
and 3) Nutrition, Health, and Productivity Nexus. This book is expected to offer valuable
insights for researchers, program implementers, policymakers, and the general public interested
in the advancement of food and nutrition and their related disciplines, while also serve as a
reference to optimizing the research findings in policy development and related programs and
activities.
