On 4 July 2022, SEAMEO RECFON Laboratory received certification from the National Accreditation Body of Indonesia (NABI) – a member of International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC) for its re-accreditation for ISO/IEC 17025:2017 on the competence to carry out laboratory tests. The certification is valid until 2027.
The re-accreditation process, conducted on 2-3 February 2022, assessed several aspects as prerequisites for ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard which consisted of general, structural, resources, process, and management system requirements.
