SEAMEO RECFON met with 23 school partners and 6 academic partners on 13 February 2024 to discuss the scheme for scaling up the Nutrition Goes to School (NGTS) Program to other schools in Indonesia. These 23 school partners from NGTS program sites in Bogor City/District, Cimahi City, Cirebon City, Klaten District, Malang District, and Sambas District have entered the institutionalization phase of the program and are expected to mentor other nearby schools to also adopt the NGTS program.
At the end of the meeting, the majority of the schools agreed to choose a scheme where they will co-implement an NGTS Training with SEAMEO RECFON for the schools that they will mentor in implementing their NGTS action plans after the training.
